As an international student and new grad, I unfortunately didn’t have a lot of mentors. I had to figure out interviews, recruiting, and career decisions on my own. It was uncomfortable, and sometimes isolating. I know it doesn't have to be that way.

I set out to help international students and early career engineers get into and thrive in tech. I helped 100s of students prepare for interviews, plan their job search, have that difficult conversation and land opportunities.
